Shipping Policy

Processing of your order takes around 2-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipments typically dispatch in 5-12 days. We offer worldwide free shipping for all orders.

For US orders, shipping takes 7-14 business days, while international shipping varies from 2-8 weeks due to customs. Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen events.

 

Returns and refunds

There is a 14 business days window, from receiving your physical item to initiate a return. To return, use our contact form, please include order details and photos of the item. We'll email you the next steps within 24-48 hours. Ship returns to the provided address, using a trackable method, and keep your receipt. Please note that we don't cover return shipping costs and aren't liable for lost or stolen returns. Upon return receipt, expect a confirmation email. As soon as the return is received we will provide you with store credit in the amount you paid for the returned item. Please report damaged items within 7 days.
